What percentage will TASC pay for my property?

TASC typically pay 85-90% of the property valuation depending on the property’s condition, size and location.

Will The Assisted Sale Company (TASC) buy commercial or mixed used properties?

No, TASC can not purchase commercial properties, or properties that are classed as mixed use, ie: combination of residential and commercial.

Do I have to pay anything throughout the process?

No, there is nothing to pay upfront or any fees or charges during the process.

How quickly do I have to move out?

We aim to work around you. Assisted Sales require vacant possession, we will however offer flexibility, without time restraints to suit your needs

How long will the process take?

TASC can typically exchange contracts within 17 working days. TASC make their initial up-front payment to you at this time and begin marketing the property, allowing you to walk away stress-free. With the final re-sale typically taking place up to 90 days later. It is at this point the mortgage is paid off, and any remaining payment will be sent to you at this time.

My Property is in Poor condition, can I still use the assisted sale service?

Yes, absolutely! We will consider properties in all conditions

My Property is tenanted, will TASC still take it?
